Creative Commons - Woman's Right Video

Motherhood by Choice is the video about woman's right and abortion. This story is told with the American history of woman's right. Quite long, but very important.

I think a woman should have the choice of her own body. People should have all the right except things affecting other's right to live or affecting their health.

The same answer to gay couple marriage, or the right to have almost the same living as straight marriage couples.

The answers seem so obvious to me.

I wonder why human make same mistakes. Is this because we care our history too little?, or we have limitations and need to wait for another evolution to happen? The time takes care of this our problems? Or our technology destroy us first?

We must really figure this out!

Bad Movies

Bad Movies is great place to find movies to entertain your friend.
There are reviews, images, and videos.

Early Mammal Ate Dinosaurs.

It was 130 million years ago, and mammals were relatively small at that time, but they managed to hunt dinosaur and eat them!

This means Dinosaurs had predetors other than dinosaurs. This is remarkable finding.

I wonder if someday we can really bring them alive again like in Jurassic Park. I wonder what the odd for this.

The article on Scientific American.

Next, I want to see Methane's river in Titan on video.

Coffee: Shade Grown Mexico (Starbucks)

My first MILD category coffee from Starbucks.
Its label says, "CRISP & REFRESHING".
I agree with the label very much, because it doesn't have unique aroma, and it is waterly.
But this label is not the same as mine. Mine does not have "DECAF". I could not find same label.

Starbucks has three categories of coffee; MILD, SMOOTH, BOLD.
MILD coffee has little aroma and body.
SMOOTH has aroma, but little body.
BOLD has rich aroma and strong body.

Shade Grown Mexico is a MILD one. I recommend drinking at night.
But if you want to enjoy more flavour, this is not the choice.

Coffee: Mocha Harrar (GIN-NO-MAME COFFEE)

I like it.
Its aroma is unique, not bitter and has weak acidity.
If I compare with Starbucks coffee, this is categorized SMOOTH.
I liked GUATEMALA ANTIGUA of Starbucks and I liked this too.
I must like SMOOTH category coffee.

The talk about Hayao Miyazaki

http://www.newyorker.com/online/content/?050117on_onlineonly01

Margaret Talbot who writes about Hayao Miyazaki, the japanese animation creator and director of film such as Spirited Away, talks about him in this interview by New Yorker. Hayao Miyazaki doesn't usually do interviews, so this is very interesting to read.

After I read this, it made me want to go see his new film, "Howl, the Walking Castle", eventhough people's reaction is not very good.

Here is what I learned about Hayao Miyazaki.

  • He's very worried about kids consuming too much media, and thinks that they should watch a movie like "Totoro" no more than once a year.

  • He is perhaps a pessimistic person, but has great vitality and a great respect and fondness for children. He wants them to make their own judgments about the world. He doesn’t want to swamp them with premature cynicism.

  • He is an intense workaholic. The early days of their studio, Studio Ghibli, Miyazaki would work from 9 a.m. to 4:30 a.m., and that in recent years he has mellowed somewhat and goes home at midnight.

  • His idea of a vacation was a nap.

  • He isn't a fan of computer animation. He really favors the (now) old-fashioned method of hand drawing.

  • John Lasseter of Pixar is his friend.

Coffee: Guatemala Antigua (Starbucks)

"Elegant and intriguing." - Starbucks.
I think this line explained very well. Its aroma and the taste should match with the mood in tea time.
This coffee is the first coffe from starbucks' Smooth category. It is indeed very smooth!

Coffee: Papua New Guinea Sigri AA (GIN-NO-MAME COFFEE)

Oh, its acidity was very strong. I don't know if it is because of the roasting or it is really sour kind.
I did not like it, but I would like to try one with stronger roast.
This coffee bean is same as Blue Mountain No.1, but growed in Papua New Guinea.

update:
I tried it 2 days later, the acidity was weaker and tasted better.

Roast: City Roast (2/5)
Price: 620 Yen (100g)
